We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor to work within a FMCG manufacturing organisation in the West Yorkshire area.
THE ROLE
You will be an apprentice trained Maintenance Electrician and have extensive experience managing a minimum of 5 Multi Skilled Maintenance Electricians.
Duties will include the overall responsibility and management of a team of Engineers, managing continuous improvements, Capital Expenditure projects and change management.
Essentially you must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, delegation, man management and time management skills.
THE HOURS
Days - 7.30am to 4.30pm (Monday to Friday). Overtime may be required.
THE PACKAGE
You will be paid £35,000 per annum (plus bonus and benefits).
